Sweat For A Cause

The Suffolk County Association of Women Police will be holding Spin and Boot Camp exercise classes with proceeds benefitting Breast Cancer Research.

The event, scheduled for October 24 at 9:30 a.m., will allow participants to burn some calories while supporting a good cause. For $20, participants will be able to join the classes on the turf field at the Superior Ice Rink, located at 270 Indian Head Road, in Kings Park.
